In a work environment, situations often arise where people have to continue getting along, even after misunderstandings and failed communication attempts. This can be difficult, and often results in on-going frustration, as well as losses in productivity, and potential financial or personal injury.

I offer you mediation individually tailored mediation to your conflict. My service starts with a visit to your company. There I get an overview of the existing problems and can meet the parties involved in the conflict.

The mediation I conduct helps you to recognize the actual problems behind your conflict. You can develop a mutual understanding, and with my help, you can work on possible solutions. After completion of the mediation I will surely stay in a regular contact with you to ensure that the developed solutions developed are implemented successfully.
